L'azienda agricola La quercia is run by four friends who, at the end of the 1980s, casually became work colleagues. Elisabetta Di Berardino, the administrative manager, started working at a wine and consultancy company, where oenologist Antonio Lamona and sales manager Luca Moretti had already been working for a few years, and where wine technician Fabio Pedicone arrived after a few years.Together they worked until the year two thousand when they decided to take over the La quercia winery, with which they had already worked as consultants. The La quercia winery is a small winemaking company that covers about 46.50 hectares of vineyards and about 5 hectares of olive groves with an adjoining wine-making facility of about 400 square metres with a production capacity of about 4000 hl of wine. The company's activity is characterised by respect for nature, as it is convinced that this is fundamental for obtaining a good product and for respecting the health of man and fauna. During processing, the product is treated as little as possible so that the reflection of the land of origin and its typical characteristics can be found in the glass. The basis of the processing is the quality and typicality of the product that allows the identification of the wine and the land of origin.

TheLa quercia farm with considerable sacrifices has successfully entered a market full of fierce competitors. The first recognitions at Vinitaly, the presence in the most important guides, its labels in the best restaurants, wine shops and shops in Italy... then around 2005 came the landing in the United States of America, central and northern Europe, Japan, China and a very ambitious project with a chain of restaurants under the brand name La Quercia and finally the new arrival... Canada.
In recent years, by rationalising its organisation and thanks to continuous product research, the company has succeeded in achieving excellent levels in satisfying consumer needs, and above all, while maintaining its characteristic of being a marketing-oriented company, it succeeds in stimulating new needs and satisfying them.

Wine and Passion
In just a few years, the dream has become reality, and today the wines of "La Quercia" are gaining ever greater acclaim in both the national and international markets. The partners, all with more than ten years' experience in their respective jobs, Fabio Pedicone "Oenotechnician", Elisabetta Di Berardino "Administrator", Antonio Lamona "Oenologist" and Luca Moretti "sales manager", work every day to achieve increasingly higher levels of quality, constantly searching for those slightest nuances that allow progress along an increasingly fascinating and stimulating path. The limited production always allows us to maintain the high standard of quality that has enabled us to obtain important awards.
