Nomen omen for this extra virgin olive oil obtained only from the Intosso variety of olives , ndosse as they say in the Abruzzo dialect due to the powerful bitterness that characterizes this variety of olives and which requires a soothing cure to be able to eat them. The same power that we find in the Intosso extra virgin olive oil of the Garra farm.
We are in Mutignano, a small hilly village overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Gran Sasso to the west, here Antonello Garra , a young olive grower, has collected the legacy of the family's olive tradition, bringing a breath of innovation to the artisanal production of extra virgin olive oil: from the early harvest to the rigorously cold extraction techniques, calibrated to enhance the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the extra virgin olive oil.
The result is an extra virgin olive oil with a great personality that does not fail to collect the acknowledgments of the sector guides every year.
