VINIFICATION After the destemming-crushing operations, the grapes ferment for about 25 days, with continuous pumping over and wetting the skins, at a temperature of 25 degrees. A soft manual pressing follows, followed by a refinement of the mass in stainless steel tanks for seven months at a controlled temperature of 15 or 16 degrees.
COLOR Slightly dull ruby red with violet reflections
BOUQUET The nose perceives a spicy note (black pepper on everything) which clearly gives an incredible olfactory definition. Nota , this, accompanied by a sweet, subtle and delicate fruit that makes it elegant from the first approach
PAIRINGS Perfect with typical Friulian appetizers, delicate and light meat dishes, spit-roasted meats, feathered game and medium-aged cheeses
TASTE In the mouth the silky sensation refers to a balance and elegance of absolute caliber, with a well-present but extremely dosed tannin and acidity
