BOUQUET: Intense and fruity with hints of red fruit and licorice. TASTE: Medium structured, soft and well balanced. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C. GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: It goes well with all meals and meat dishes but also with medium-aged cheeses.
