It has a dark purple red color, given by the grapes grown mainly in the absence of water given the arid land of Sicily.
On the nose it has a very remarkable and rich fruity vein reminiscent of blackcurrant and blueberry. Delicious with grilled meat and aged or fresh cheeses.
