TASTING NOTES: Ancient gold color, with lunar yellow nuances, well pronounced, ethereal and composite aroma, of remarkable finesse, with dominant notes of raisins and acacia honey, and with memories of withered flowers, cinnamon and walnut husk ; sweet, but fresh, lively, clean, very harmonious flavor, with an elegant aftertaste of dried apricot, toasted almond, which lingers for a long time in the mouth. It can be paired with dry pastries, foie gras, but it is above all a great meditation wine.
