Jermann 's "Vinnae" is a Friulian white from Ribolla Gialla grapes which ages partly in Slavonian oak barrels for 6 months and partly in steel tanks. A lively and vibrant expression, of medium intensity, rich in fresh and fruity notes with a final taste of good minerality and freshness
The "Vinnae" Ribolla Gialla is the white wine that par excellence expresses the triple territorial soul of the Jermann winery, in the historic crossroads between Friuli, Austria and Slovenia. A label that is born from the blend of the three most representative vines of this territory, in which one border fades into the other, namely Ribolla Gialla, Riesling Renano and Friulano. The history of the Jermann winery starts from a generational change straddling Central Europe: in 1881 the founder Anton Jermann left the Austrian wine region of Burgerland and then the vineyards in Slovenia, to plant new roots in Friuli, more precisely in the heart of the production of the Collio.
