Obtained from Catarratto grapes from organic farming, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Ample bouquet with hints of white flowers and a strong, full and harmonious flavour. Ideal with all dishes based on fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
FERMENTATION Harvest: grapes harvested entirely by hand and carried in crates. Method: vinification in reduction and at controlled temperature. Temperature: 16 - 18°C. Duration: 10 - 12 days. Malaloptic: no. Bottle refinement: 3 months.
TASTING NOTES: The color is straw yellow with greenish hues. The bouquet is broad, with hints of white flowers reminiscent of peach blossoms, citrus fruits and fresh almonds. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, with a full and harmonious finish.
