Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey-calcareous.
Period of marketing
From January of the year following the harvest.
Vinification and aging
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics
Straw yellow color with golden notes. Persuasive and complex bouquet, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. With good structure, full, soft and long persistence.
Food pairings
All seafood cuisine, especially raw and seafood. Also perfect with delicate meat-based dishes, with vegetables and fresh and semi-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
