NOTES Sauvignon Blanc testifies to the quality of the productions of this winery. The vineyards are divided between the properties of Vistorta, with the exclusive presence of Merlot, and the Cordignano estate where there are various white grape varieties, including Sauvignon, from which the typical dry white wines of the estate are produced. A clayey terroir and a microclimate characterized by hot and very breezy summers, combined with the choice of using a type of organic farming, make the vines of this area very popular.
