Il Liquore al Cioccolato e Peperoncino è una delizia sorprendente per il palato, nato dalla perfetta miscelazione di cacao e peperoncino con sciroppo di zucchero.

La grappa terra di seta riserva è una grappa da meditazione; viene lasciata riposare per un anno in barrique di rovere francese e si presenta ad un esame visivo di colore giallo paglierino con leggere tonalità ambrate. L’evoluzione aromatica avvenuta durante la maturazione in barrique viene confermata al naso dalla percezione di delicati sentori fruttati e speziati. Al palato la grappa riserva si presenta calda, gustosa e morbida, confermando le percezioni olfattive e mantenendo una lunga e piacevole persistenza.

La grappa bianca terra di seta si presenta trasparente e limpida. E’ una grappa di grande pulizia ed immediatezza, dal profumo intenso che al naso evoca subito i sentori della vinaccia fresca. Al palato conferma le sensazioni olfattive, rimanendo morbida, non dolce e di ottima persistenza, lasciando nel tempo una piacevole sensazione di uva passita.

Si ottiene da vinacce appena fermentate di Chianti Classico, prodotte nelle tenute di San Felice. Matura in acciaio prima, e per alcuni mesi in piccole botti di rovere l’aspetto è cristallino in trasparenza e la tonalità di colore leggermente ambrata.

Liquore amaro alle erbe realizzato in Abruzzo recuperando una ricetta antica del territorio del Gran Sasso. Prodotto solo con metodi tradizionali per non perdere il sapore originale. Erbaceo ma morbido al palato, con un forte sentore di genziana. Una novità da provare.

Chocopunch Un liquore denso e cremoso con un sapore inconfondibile di rum e cioccolato. Da gustare caldo arricchito con panna montata o con l’aggiunta di caffé e una spolverata di cacao amaro o cannella. Al palato risulta morbido e delizioso, estremamente goloso.

Etsu is an artisanal gin born from an ancestral recipe. It means “pleasure” in Japanese. Made at the Akita distillery in the north of Honshū Island, Etsu Double Orange gin is distinguished by a long maceration of the traditional botanicals for 7 days before being distilled without the botanicals for more finesse and elegance. The use of water from the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan, brings purity and freshness. Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice and angelica roots and coriander seeds harmonise beautifully in this gin with its fresh and fruity notes. A true ode to Japan, Etsu Double Orange is ideal for cocktails or with a tonic.

The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.
