Aunt Mina's recipes Grappa-based honey liqueur This grappa is the result of a skilful blend of grappa from fresh Piedmontese pomace, distilled as soon as it arrives at the distillery with the addition of acacia and chestnut honey.

The color is an intense golden while the nose begins with notes of walnuts followed by a swirl of spices in which cinnamon and ginger stand out. In the background citric notes of apple. The palate welcomes caramelized and almond notes and a light background of tropical fruits. The wide finish has notes of tobacco and coffee. Power and elegance.

Ottenute da vinacce di Moscato d’Asti Bera è di colore bianco leggermente paglierino. Il profumo è intenso, aromatico, netto e gradevolissimo; gusto intenso morbido e ricco di aroma.
