Poli Distillerie

La Poli is an artisan distillery founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli.

For over a century the Poli family has been pursuing a goal: to make effort, tenacity understood and appreciated, but above all the Love contained in a distillate, a total Love for one's art, for one's world, a Love without which no result will never be possible.

Where we are

The Poli distillery is located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Veneto region, the most renowned region for the production of pomace brandy. The structures in Schiavon, full of charm and history, represent Poli tradition and innovation, with the historic Distillery next to the second site of the Poli Grappa Museum.

Poli Grappa Museum

The first seat of the Poli Grappa Museum is located in Bassano del Grappa, in front of the famous Ponte Vecchio. The purpose of the Museum, located in an ancient noble building, is to spread the culture of Grappa and to transmit knowledge on distillation even to non-experts.
