Vino Moscato Dolce Moscardello is the ancient dialect name given to this delicious sweet wine. It is a precious and limited production, obtained from the noble Moscato vine. To enhance its typical characteristics, the grapes are subjected to careful vinification with "natural" fermentation, which contributes to making Moscardello a jewel of Abruzzo enology. Vinification: In white, with crushing and soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: the base must ferments at a controlled temperature in an autoclave with selected yeasts. Second fermentation lasts about 15-20 days. Color: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Smell: Typically aromatic. Taste: Sweet, balanced, persistent.

Sangiovese Terre di Chieti IGT si presenta di colore rosso rubino con profumi di frutta rossa matura e fini note speziate, accompagnati da sentori di prugna e tabacco. Di buona struttura, è morbido, equilibrato e di buona persistenza.

Colore rosso rubino intenso, profumo ampio etereo che comprende oltre ad una lieve componente erbacea, sentori di lampone, e di viola.

Di colore rosso rubino, Merlot Terre di Chieti IGT si presenta con sentori erbacei e leggere note speziate in fusione con profumi di frutta matura. Al palato è fresco, armonico, di medio corpo e buona persistenza.

E' un vino rosso classico, rotondo e profumato con sentori di prugna, ottenuto da uve del vitigno Montepulciano.

Colore: Rosso intenso con riflessi violacei. Olfatto: Intenso, con profumi di amarena e frutti di bosco, note di viola. Gusto: Corposo con morbida tannicità, con finale persistente.

Sapore equilibrato, armonico e con buona persistenza. Si abbina con zuppe di pesce, carni bianche, salumi e formaggi semi-stagionati; si abbina perfettamente con pizza e crostacei.

si evidenzia alla vista di un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi brillanti. Al naso emergono profumi di pesca, albicocca e fiori bianchi combinati a ricordi di fieno ed erbe aromatiche. All'assaggio è fresco, sapido ed equilibrato. Da gustare con formaggi e piatti vegetariani così come come in abbinamento ricette di mare.

Sapore fresco delicato e piacevolmente agrumato. Si abbina con tutti i piatti a base di pesce, primi leggeri, carni bianche e formaggi sia a pasta fresca che lievemente stagionati (4-12 mesi) e sushi. Eccellente come aperitivo, può essere gustato in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Colore: Giallo paglierino tenue con una particolare luminosità. Olfatto: Ottima intensità con note floreali di salvia e frutti gialli di pesca, albicocca e agrumi. Gusto: Asciutto, delicatamente caldo e morbido, ottimamente bilanciato a una durevole freschezza e una misurata sapidità.

Il vino Pecorino è stato recentemente riscoperto e conteso tra Marche, Lazio e Abruzzo.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva di Torre Raone is a rich and fruity red wine of medium body, vinified only in steel. It gives off aromas of wild berries, red fruit, flowers and black cherries and on the palate it is soft, warm, enveloping and fruity, with pleasant and smooth tannins.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo “Vigneto di Sant'Eusanio” is an intense, deep and concentrated red wine, vinified only in steel tanks and has good aging potential. It gives off earthy sensations of undergrowth, moss, roots, wild berry jam and red flowers. The sip is full-bodied, intense, very tasty and with robust tannins.

Colour: Straw yellow of medium intensity. Smell: Intense and fragrant with a bouquet mainly centered on white pulp fruit and with hints of citrus and dried fruit. Taste: Freshness and sapidity alternate on the palate and the citrus scents perceived on the nose are rediscovered.

Il mostocotto è un prodotto tipico della tradizione casalinga abruzzese. Esso è presente nelle nostre case sin dal tempo degli antichi romani i quali utilizzavano questo liquido denso per addolcire e arricchire il sapore dei cibi oltre che, aggiunto all’acqua, per ottenere una bevanda dissetante ed energetica. Nelle opere degli scrittori latini Apicio, Catone, Columella e del poeta Ovidio, nato a Sulmona, si trovano testimonianze dell’uso del Mostocotto. Attualmente viene utilizzato come ingrediente nell’impasto di vari dolci tradizionali locali. Il mostocotto Praesidium è un succo dolce e denso, ottenuto durante il periodo della vendemmia facendo bollire, a fiamma diretta e moderata per 12-16 ore, il mosto fiore, proveniente al 100% da uve selezionate Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. La lavorazione è lunga e delicata al punto che da 10 litri di mosto se ne ricavano circa 2 di mostocotto Praesidium. Il mostocotto non contiene alcool. Può essere accompagnato a formaggi molto stagionati o ricotta, bollito misto o verdure grigliate. Può essere usato per farcire dolci e macedonia di frutta o, nel modo più tradizionale, come ingrediente nell’impasto di dolci locali abruzzesi. Arricchisce il sapore delle pere al forno
