Color: Deep ruby red with violet reflections. Smell: The aromatic panorama is broad, with immediate floral scents of rose and fruity scents of berries (especially blueberry jam), followed by spicy notes of licorice, cumin, white pepper and mineral notes of graphite that range on the horizon. Fermentation and long aging in small oak barrels are the peculiarity of this white wine, produced in limited quantities. Its aroma is broad and intense with hints of citrus and spice, its color is bright yellow. On the palate it is savory, balanced and with excellent structure and persistence. It can be best enjoyed when paired with dishes based on fish, seafood, shellfish, other dishes with delicate sauces and fresh and light cheeses.

Being among the pioneers of Georgian amphora (kvevri) winemaking in Romagna was truly an inspiring privilege for us. Amphorae are a splendid tool: they have proved to be an incredible accelerator and concentrator for the maturation of Albana wine, without however affecting even a single pinch of its varietal profile! This Syrah is Stefano Amerighi 's representative wine, the result of his work and his idea. A broad idea that goes from the soil to the plant to the balance of nature.

L'Amerighi's Apice is an intense and complex Syrah, born from a very suitable vineyard in Cortona, aged for 24 months in cement and tonneau and for over 2 and a half years in bottle. The bouquet is elegant and deep, with notes of wild berries, black cherry jam and balsamic herbs. The taste is powerful, fruity, spicy and very persistent.

On the palate sensations of undergrowth fruits and rightly balanced licorice open up.

In the southernmost part of the Trentino Adige valley, where the Little Dolomites and the Baldo chain accompany Lake Garda in its expansion towards the Venetian plain, the vineyards of the Ala cellar are located; a land rich in memories, which was the scene of disputes between the Austrian empire and the most serene republic of Venice. It was thanks to these relationships and the consequent commercial exchanges of the people who populated it that Marzemino arrived in this land from the distant and suggestive Asia Minor.

Colore giallo paglierino carico, brillantezza decisa. Frutti gialli maturi con accenni di miele e resina al naso, non limpido. Al palato è piuttosto frenato, non particolarmente scorrevole, spigoloso e con accenti canditi. Corpo medio

Naso croccante, fragrante e dritto come una lama. Piccoli frutti rossi, vegetale, schietto! In bocca entra ruvido andando a definire la sua aristocrazia sul finale. Anche da solo, da accompagnare in un salotto elegante con amici e voglia di chiacchierare.

Il giallo è paglierino con riflessi dorati. Al naso si scorgono note di crema di limone, zabaione, zucchero vanigliato e pandoro con un finale di mandarino. In bocca è cremoso con finale sapido e piacevole. Da abbinare a aperitivi leggeri e profumati di mediterraneo. Pesci, di mare e carni bianche succose

Giallo paglierino con screzi dorati. Il naso è una panetteria lontana che si mescola con note vegetali e iodate. In bocca diventa verticale e profondamente lungo con un piacevole nota balsamica a chiudere. A cena con pesce di mare, tanto, salato, fresco, profumato e buono

Il colore si traduce in un pesca leggero con note di Rosa antico. Il naso sa di fragolina di bosco con spiccati punti acidi che ricordano spezie pungenti e fumi lontani. In bocca è verticale e pieno, di medio corpo e tagliente, con un finale asciutto, schietto ma mai necessariamente ruvido. Perfetto con pizze e focacce condite. Ottimo con carni, anche succose e grigliate
