The Campogiovanni vineyards are located on the southern slope of Montalcino, an area where a particular microclimate and the composition of the soil create an ideal combination for a perfect ripening of Sangiovese grosso. Campogiovanni is a traditional style Brunello, aged on average three years in Slavonian oak barrels and 500-liter tonneaux and 12 months in bottle. It stands out for its finesse and longevity.

Only the best Sangiovese grapes selected in the company's Chianti Classico vineyards make up this Reserve, a valid combination of tradition and modernity. It ages for about 24 months in wood, of which a part (about 20%) in barriques, and one year in bottle. The label depicts a famous painting by Titian 'Man with armor'.

Il Chianti Classico Riserva di Pagliarese è caratterizzato da un colore rosso rubino di buona intensità. Al naso esprime un profumo di frutta matura, spezie, terra bagnata e note accentuate di tabacco e pepe nero. Al palato riflette una buona sapidità con tannini morbidi. È un vino di buona consistenza e struttura. Un tocco di acidità nel finale lo rende minerale e persistente.

Il sorso è sorprendentemente facile, liscio ed armonioso, in un perfetto equilibrio tra il dolce a l'amaro che la rende intrigante e ne facilita la beva.

This "Santuari" is a Cabernet Sauvignon DOC where the balance between taste and aroma makes the sip incisive and expressive, denoting its great evolutionary potential over time. The carefully selected grapes, after harvesting, ferment in oak barrels thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts. Then we move on to the refinement, carried out for two years in oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters; after bottling, the wine further ages in glass for 12 months. A label that interprets the Colli Orientali del Friuli terroir with a niche production, where excellence and aging capacity go hand in hand, giving us a red wine of great value.
