Fruity, floral and with a tendency to mineral on the nose, it presents itself to the taste with freshness and sapidity which once again dominates and guides towards a structure full of character and balance. It is a wine that manages to express remarkable shelf life at the same time as a certain pulpiness and finesse. Selva is one of the first crus born in this production area and is one of the company's most striking expressions of identity. It is in fact produced from the ripest vineyard of Selva Capuzza and fully reflects its uniqueness.

Only the best Sangiovese grapes selected in the company's Chianti Classico vineyards make up this Reserve, a valid combination of tradition and modernity. It ages for about 24 months in wood, of which a part (about 20%) in barriques, and one year in bottle. The label depicts a famous painting by Titian 'Man with armor'.

Every single bottle of this wine is the result of a careful process, which starts from the scrupulous selection of the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (50% and 50%) from our most suitable vineyards.

Produced with grapes from vineyards of the companies of Gaville (Florence) and Chianciano/Montepulciano (Siena), the latter planted at high density and considered by us to be particularly happy and suitable for producing great wines.

Il nostro vino Rosso del Molise DOC “Antico Podere” nasce dal più vecchio vigneto di famiglia. Si contraddistingue per la maturità del frutto e una leggera speziatura. Alla vista ricorda un prezioso rubino e con lui condivide eleganza e preziosità. Il processo di affinamento avviene in acciaio e per una parte in botti di rovere francese per poi soggiornare 8 mesi in bottiglia prima del consumo. Se fosse un racconto sarebbe un biografia: diretta e coinvolgente.

Dal colore rosso porpora e dal sapore marcatamente territoriale, Tintilia nasce dal vitigno autoctono molisano per eccellenza e da quest'ultimo prende il nome. Affinato per una parte in botti di rovere, è un vino generoso, romantico e innamorato della sua terra. Il suo sapore è ampio e ricorda i frutti rossi, la balsamicità della macchia mediterranea, le spezie dell’entroterra. Se fosse una storia sarebbe un romanzo che non finisce mai di sorprendere.

“Testamatta” è la parola che meglio descrive Bibi Graetz, una persona sorridente, creativa e passionale. “Testamatta” è Supertuscan prodotto esclusivamente con uve di Sangiovese provenienti da vigne vecchie, una perfetta combinazione tra tradizione e creatività che racconta la purezza e l’eleganza di questo vitigno autoctono.
