Grappa Petit Rouge vigorosa - La Valdotaine

From vineyards located on the left of the Dora Baltea in the municipality of Arvier, in a natural amphitheater of splendid beauty, terraced and in full southern exposure with a slope that exceeds 100% up to 800 meters above sea level. This vine gives rise to Enfer d'Arvier, the oldest DOC in the Aosta Valley. The pomace is discontinuous direct steam distillation in small copper stills and generates the most characteristic Aosta Valley Grappa, with a robust alcohol content and great balance. Very dry with strawberry nuances.
