Ratafià is part of the list of traditional products of the Aosta Valley ( PAT ). It is a sweet and full-bodied liqueur with an aftertaste of black cherry.
It is obtained through the prolonged infusion of sour cherries or wild black cherries, lemon zest and sugar in brandy.Ideal to be enjoyed chilled at the end of a meal or with dessert.
