La Valdôtaine is a small mountain distillery founded in 1947 in Saint Marcel, in the Aosta Valley. The mountain is an extraordinary alchemical laboratory, a clean and healthy environment where herbs, roots, berries, spelt, flowers and fruits have been selected and harvested for centuries to make infusions, distillates and liqueurs. Valle d'Aosta, magnificent in its alpine nature, fully embodies this reality and calls its calm and expert monks and its tiny distilleries to bear witness to it. For hundreds of years, the inhabitants of this valley have skilfully selected and cultivated the best plant essences to transform them into authentic Alpine specialties.
