ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE COLOUR: clear, transparent, crystalline. BOUQUET: initially hints of hazelnut and bay leaves appear. In sequence, subsequently, almond and sage are perceived. TASTE: the ardent and vigorous alcoholic note, essential traits for a non-aged Grappa, benefit the volatility of the aromatic notes (wisteria flowers, walnut husk and acacia honey). Robust in body it is also appreciated for the frankness found on the palate. During the long persistence, a pleasant note of green pepper emerges. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 41.5% by volume
