For the Luigi Francoli distillery, a decidedly important part of the production process is the final one, dedicated to refinements. Hence the desire to dedicate a part of the production to the specific declination of the different aging processes, starting with this "Riserva 3", a Grappa that rests for three years in medium-capacity Slavonian oak barrels. Made starting from the pomace of some traditional Piedmontese red wines - mostly Nebbiolo, to which Barbera and Dolcetto are added -, it conquers for its woody scents that alternate with more tenacious notes of spices, opening to a finely balanced sip. A label of undoubted quality, with which you are always on the safe side.
