Lik Lì Liquore alla Liquirizia - Francoli

The infusion made clear after removing the roots, forms the basis of the liqueur. It has an almost black, dense color. On the palate the enveloping and delicate note of licorice is well highlighted. Thanks to the typically digestive properties of licorice, it can be consumed after a meal, preferably cold.
