Gin with 100% Italian origins, Villa Ascenti celebrates the excellence of the Piedmont region in terms of expertise and local ingredients, among these, Moscato grapes, fresh mint, thyme and other herbs which are distilled within a few hours of harvesting. Dry and harmonious on the palate, slightly citrusy with a delicate and soft finish given by the muscat.
The Moscato grape, typical of the region and key ingredient of Villa Ascenti, is harvested in the months of August and September and then subjected to three distillations. During the last distillation, the Moscato grape is left to infuse with Tuscan juniper berries in the copper distiller.
