Pimm offers a tonic of his own invention, a drink based on gin, quinine and a mix of herbs served in a glass called N°1 Cup. It was liked so much that, 20 years later, it was put on the market under the name Pimm's N .1 and, even today, it is made following the same recipe, so precious that only 6 people know it! Golden amber colour, it offers interesting aromas of fruit, citrus, ginger, juniper and aromatic herbs; fruity, fresh and delicately alcoholic, with a nice spicy persistence.
