VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested manually at medium ripeness, after which the best bunches are selected for vinification; this phase is completed in white, with a light pressing. The wine is then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it then spends about days for fermentation.
COLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the perlage is fine and persistent
PERFUME With a fresh and fruity scent, the characteristic hints of apple and pear stand out, embellished with elegant citrine notes
