Nobless' Moscato Giallo Doc 2020 - Ploner

White wine, delicately sweet, of various biotypes autochthonous of the Moscato giallo variety. It expresses enchanting scents of flower nectar and honey, it develops a long and delicious aroma soft with an unforgettable finish. Place of production: Marling (Merano), on a hill with a 30-40% slope; exposed in the morning. Cultivation: espalier with 7,000 plants/ha. Soil: mixed sand and silt, with granite skeleton. Management: with great respect of the environment and nature, without industrial fertilizers and herbicides. Wine: a long drying of the grapes on plant and plateau concentrates the aromas and a slow fermentation give rise to this elegant dessert wine Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
