Opalia grappa aged in barrique

Single-variety grappa obtained from the distillation of Sagrantino grape marc from our vineyards. It is aged in oak barrels and has a golden yellow color full of amber reflections. The odorous compounds extracted from the wood are perceived which give great complexity. The taste is therefore complex, full-bodied and persistent.

Single-variety grappa obtained from the distillation of Sagrantino grape marc from our vineyards. Limpid and brilliant in color, with a strong intensity on the nose, it preserves the fruity aromas of the grape. In the mouth it is dry, soft and delicate.
