Classic Method

The Franciacorta DOCG Cuvèe Brut "Alma" by Bellavista comes from the skilful union of about 60 of the 120 harvest selections obtained in the cellar. About 100 selections come from the same harvest and are identified with extreme care in 107 parcels distributed in 10 different municipalities of Franciacorta ("horizontal assembly"). To this vast patrimony of olfactory and gustatory variants are then added the aromas and flavors of particular "reserve wines" from different vintages ("vertical assembly"). A unique cuvée, which with its elegant complexity represents the most complete and often mysterious soul of Franciacorta.

Brilliant straw yellow colour, characteristic fruity bouquet of good intensity with hints of cedar, citrus, white fruit and yeasts. Pleasant, with a good structure and excellent persistence. Balanced.

Dekatos is above all a Classic Method of substance and inspiration, transforming it into the identity of the territory. Dekatos is a Classic Method with a long permanence sur lie, over one hundred months to connote and chisel a unique style. Dekatos breathes the art and the wind of the Trentino latitudes, where the vocation for the great Classical Methods has made it possible to write important pages within the history of Italian winemaking.

TRENTO DOC EXTRA BRUT. Roeno Trentodoc was born from an ambitious project of the Roeno winery, a vintage, synonymous with style and elegance.

Inspired on a summer evening by a particular bottle of Champagne. From that spark began a bet with ourselves. To give birth also in our company to a sparkling wine without added sulphites. It took years of experimentation, in which we have traveled many untraced roads, before being able to put our Nature on the market on an ongoing basis. Monovitigno with black grapes was the first Italian Classic Method without added sulphites produced in a serial way.

The vintage, as opposed to the Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine contained in the bottle comes. Always produced from a careful internal selection of the bases, produced in a specific harvest. This wine's main intention is to enhance and best tell the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.

Literally white from white grapes. Monovitigno by definition, being present in the company the Chardonnay as the only white grape variety. Vertical wine, endowed with great freshness and sapidity, in a version without added dosage, in order to best express the concept of terroir, that is the sum of the characteristics and biodiversity present in the so-called "white lands" of the Langa Astigiana.

Olfactorily it is revealed through a unique aroma, where the reference to the Moscato grape from which it comes, is presented in all its articulated bouquet: apple, pear, light citron peel, fresh sponge cake and a nuanced background of sage.

Rosè Marcalberto is the result of a journey of experience and experimentation. Its peculiarity is inherent in the production technique. Vinified according to the most ancient technique used in the production of rosés, very often applied in France and much less in Italy, it is based on the addition of a small amount of red wine to the base of the white wine, so as to make the color more brilliant and lasting in time. Fresh and fruity wine with a light and sharp tannic sensation.

Sansannée, a word that derives from the French and which reminds us that this sparkling wine does not come from a single vintage, but from the mélange of several vintages. Therefore a multi-millesimato Classic Method, conceived through a variable blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which aims, as an essential prerogative, to demonstrate our qualitative constancy through an entry wine that symbolically contains all the stylistic characteristics of our work.
