Chickpeas and spelled have always been important products in the Umbrian tradition, and central to many regional recipes. They therefore occupy an important place in our production and help us to maintain a good biodiversity of the crops we adopt on the estate. Spelled is also used for the flour with which we make linguine. The products are certified organic.
