Obtained from the pomace of the grapes used for the Rocca di Frassinello wine, it is aged in small barrels and therefore amber yellow in color, shiny and transparent; very intense nose with delicate notes of blackberry in the finish. Supported by a great elegance that is enhanced in a balance of aromas ranging from floral and fruity notes to soft hints of vanilla and wood.
From pomace: Sangioveto, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Method: continuous distillation with steam stills, artisanal method
Alcoholic proof: 44%
Tasting notes: Amber color due to aging in barrique. In the mouth it is soft, harmonious and delicate.
Pairings: Tuscan cigar.
