Genthiana Riserva Genziana with Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC wine aged over 12 months in American oak. A numbered reserve of precious liqueur based on the infusion of first choice mountain Gentiana Lutea root and Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC wine aged for a long time in American oak. At the first sip the Pecorino wine shows its fruity and floral notes, then there is a complex aroma that ranges from leather to vanilla and leaves room for a decidedly bitter finish accompanied by typical hints of boubon and rum anejo. To better appreciate the taste, it should be drunk at room temperature (18-20 °). Surprisingly used as a bitter in cocktails. Cl. 70 bottle
