Fortified wine is a particular type of wine, produced by adding alcohol in the form of must, mistel or brandy, which serves to increase the alcohol content. This wine generally lends itself very well to aging, has an alcohol content of 16% and an important sugar concentration; thanks to these factors we have a product with unmistakable organoleptic characteristics, such as the aromas of dried fruit, typical of sweet wine and a great structure. This product is bottled for the “CANTINA VIGNAIOLI DEL MORELLINO DI SCANSANO”.
