Amaro Siciliano al Carrubo e Fiori di Zagara - La Scoccia

SICILIAN BITTER WITH CAROB AND ZAGARA FLOWERS This amaro is born from the PRECIOUS Sicilian carob pod, the result of a skilful infusion process between the fleshy and rustic pulp of the carob and the delicate floral note of orange blossom flowers, which gives Scoccia Karat its characteristic dense flavor, naturally sweet and sugary. TASTE The notes of honey and carob caramel evoke the flavor of our land where the trees grow in the warm Sicilian sun from which we collect the best flowers and fruits to create a perfectly balanced product, with a brown color and a persistent aftertaste on the palate. TASTING NOTES It is recommended to serve it frozen as a digestive, or mix it to make cocktails or use it at room temperature to flavor sweets, ice cream and fruit.
