It is an amber-colored grappa, soft on the palate and on the nose, obtained by distillation with steam cauldrons from the dripping pomace of Sangiovese grapes from the harvest of the "Le Pergole Torte" vineyard, located at the Montevertine farm.
Aqua Vitae is the result of the collaboration between Nannoni Grappe srl and the Montevertine farm, supplier of the raw material.
