SPIRIT grappa friulana Graappa Friulana Produced with our best fresh pomace of Colli Orientali del Friuli doc white grapes. Lands - rich in marl and sandstone - capable of infusing the vine with spirit and body of unmistakable finesse. Structural complexity. In compliance with the ancient distillation traditions by means of a discontinuous plant in original copper stills. Distillation takes place very slowly to allow for proper evaporation and consequent condensation while keeping the precious organoleptic characteristics of our pomace intact. Visual sensation: crystalline white color. Olfactory sensation: Pleasant, intense, of great typicality and finesse. Taste sensation: soft, harmonious as characteristic of the ancient Friulian grappa. Sophisticated and elegant, strong, full and dry flavour. Excellent at the end of lunch, as a digestive and at any time of the day as a 'pleasure'.
