Grappa distilled with 'direct steam' from pomace from the Aosta Valley in small copper stills. The honey, 100% from the Aosta Valley with a prevalence of chestnuts, is organically produced and is harvested at high altitudes in the valleys near Mont Blanc and handcrafted by small producers.
