The color is typically golden, intense, enriched by slight nuances tending towards amber. The nose has a deep, enveloping timbre, in which tobacco, dried grapes and touches of vanilla alternate. The balance dominates the palate, and the sip, refined and elegant, develops with a pleasant warmth to say the least.
After an initial passage in French oak, these Grappas complete their maturation in casks previously used to elevate Barolo, Porto, Bourbon or Sherry, enriching themselves with their respective characteristic notes. Even the elements of the packaging transport us to the world of distillation: the cap symbolizes the copper of the alembic, the label, in real wood, the barrels in which these Grappas rest. The result is a unique product, for those in search of new sensations.
