Grappa Francoli Riserva del Fondatore comes from the distillation of the finest pomace of Piedmont processed with particular distillation phases so that the original aromas of the grapes are imprisoned in the Grappa through a careful separation of the most aromatic and typical parts. At the end of the distillation process, the Grappa obtained ages for 18 months in large oak vats. The slow oxygenation refines the tenacious features and enriches them with elegant spicy notes.
