The alcoholic part consists of good-taste alcohol of agricultural origin. It is obtained by infusion, for a period of not less than 10 days, of dried elderberry flowers in ethyl alcohol. The next phase involves the extraction of the infusion with the separation of the liquid part from the solid one (flowers). The infusion thus obtained is used as it is in the hydroalcoholic mixture, the base of the liqueur.
The taste-olfactory intensity of the elderberry note, enveloping and delicate, recalls the naturalness of elderberry flowers.It is perfect in mixing. It can in fact be used for the preparation of numerous cocktails including the Hugo, with the addition of prosecco, and the mojito. Also very pleasant when served smooth or with ice. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 20% by volume.
