This technique consists in passing a stream of water vapor at a controlled temperature inside the liquid to be distilled. In this way the distillery avoids reaching temperatures typical of direct distillation which could alter the freshness and scent of the aromatic substances.
On the palate it is sweet, soft and balanced, medium-bodied and with a fine and silky texture, leaving a light aftertaste of rosemary.
The vodka is made with the purest water from the slopes of Monte Rosa, and is filtered through flakes of Italian Carrara marble.
