Liqueur obtained from the infusion in alcohol, for at least seven days, of licorice roots and from the infusion, again in alcohol, of chillies. The two infusions, made clear after removing the solid parts, form the basis of the liqueur.
It has an almost black, dense color. On the palate the enveloping and delicate note of licorice is clearly highlighted while the chilli pepper gives it a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Thanks to the typically digestive properties of licorice, it can be consumed after a meal, preferably cold. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 25% by volume.
