It owes its exceptional flavor to an ancestral technique based on the maturation of rums of different ages, as well as spending the years in special and selected American oak barrels. It comes out of the barrels with an alcohol content of 40% and a strong yet velvety character.At the base of its processing are "anejo solera" of 47° of one, four and six years, which each bring their own flavor. This mix of rum is left to rest before being bottled and filtered through the use of "carbon activated and silica sand" filters, thus achieving perfect aging and balance.
