Juniper berries: Collected exclusively in particular Apennine areas of Tuscany, juniper berries are infused in pure alcohol obtained from wheat at about 65% alcohol and then distilled in a vacuum pot still to preserve even the most delicate aromas. The botanicals of art: Nepitella, Cartamo, Reseda odorata, Madder, Guado di Montefeltro All these precious and rare botanicals are infused separately in pure wheat alcohol at about 55% alcohol and then distilled, again separately, in a small alembic discontinuous non-vacuum. the other botanicals: Angelica, Lavender, Hibiscus, Elderflower, Pine buds, Mountain pine, Pine needles These botanicals are infused, all together, in 55% pure wheat alcohol. The infusion obtained is then distilled in a small non-vacuum discontinuous still. The distillates of the three infusions are mixed together and left to rest for a few days, after which very pure water of glacial origin is added, until the alcohol content is brought to 44%. At this point we move on to the low temperature filtration phase (-7 °C) on very pure cellulose panels, which have the task of retaining any oily parts still present in the mixture. Ginarte is now ready for bottling.
