We simply had the idea of making a quality gin. Artisanal and Italian. Because in our opinion a gin of this type was missing. So we decided to do it ourselves. We looked for special ingredients: juniper from the Alps, cherries from Piedmont, botanicals that grow naturally in the Lake Maggiore area. To give our gin an authentically local flavour.
