Like all products in the range, The Real McCoy 5y Rum is produced and bottled at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.
The Real McCoy 5 years is the result of an assembly of rums aged for a minimum of five years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. The rums used for blending come partly from Double Retort Pot Still and partly from a small Coffey column. After aging the rums are blended and reduced to the degree of bottling.
