The Cardhu distillery in the Speyside region is perhaps one of Diageo's hidden gems, its very smooth and fruity malt is truly a classic of the region, but today we manage to have one even to the nth degree, thanks to the “Legends Untold: Elusive” series Expressions” at full strength. Cardhu 16 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whiskey aged in classic American oak barrels and refined in ex-Jamaican rum barrels and bottled at full strength (58%) without being cold filtered.
