APPEARANCE Brilliant golden straw yellow.BODY Medium.NOSE Sweet, dry and early, wonderfully aromatic; clean, fresh and maritime, with top notes of sea air and Himalayan salt, supported by fragrant smoke-dried Lapsang Souchong tea, mineral salts and light cleansing ointment. Under these drier notes of cocoa powder and dried seaweed, with a splash of lemon zest, this savory sweetness infused with wood smoke from a distant campfire on the shore.PALATE The consistency is smooth and pleasantly oily; the sweet taste then soon starts growling with an intense lemon acidity, with a sprinkle of sea salt and lingering char that speaks with every sip. The overall sweet-salty taste is rounded, softened and sweetened by a drop of water.
