Produced with the pomace of Gewürztraminer used for the production of Nussbaumer wine, from which it takes its name, belonging to the line of Alto Adige - Sudtirol Tramin selections. The grappa has a clear and very bright color. At the beginning it is penetrating and refers to notes of over-ripened fruit. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a good structure and excellent roundness.
