The Grappa di Moscato from the Antica Distilleria di Altavilla is a rich and pleasant aromatic distillate, aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It exudes sensations of flowers, tropical fruit and sweet spices. The sip is round, warm, harmonious and engaging
Grapes: Ruché, Moscato, Nebbiolo da Barolo, Grignolino, Malvasia, Barbera and Chardonnay. Origin Vinaccia: Selected from the best producers of Monferrato and Asti. Distillation system: Discontinuous at low pressure with steam operated copper stills. Distillation period: October and November of each year. Type of aging: One year in oak barrels. Bouquet: Fine, delicate, typical hints of the grape it belongs to. Taste: Very fine, the sensations perceived in the perfume are confirmed. Bottle capacity: cl. 70 Alcohol: 45% vol. for ruchè grape.
